Payment Information

Downpayment of 50% should be made within seven (7) calendar days upon receiving the invoice to confirm the booking. The downpayment is non-refundable and non-transferrable for any. But can be used for another booking in case of a cancellation made within thirty (30) days before check-in date.

Guest who doesn't show up on the start date of their booking, we will automatically cancel the booking and forfeit the down payment. Guest with cancelled flight but will still arrive the next day, if resort are informed will still keep the room. Booked nights will still be charge.

Guest with confirmed booking for the monsoon season, we will not refund if flight will be cancelled due to the weather. But we will consider for a re-booking with in 12month period.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation made between 30 days prior to arrival subject to one night charge.

For cancellation made 15 days prior to arrival subject to 50% of total room nights reserved.

Cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival and no show are subject to 100% of total room night reserved

Changes to dates or name of booking can be made more 7 days before check-in date and it will depend to the availabilty of the rooms.
